Refund Policy

At Trendlyra, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our US customers. Please read our policy regarding shipping delays, damages, and returns carefully.

1. Delivery & Shipping Delays (USA)

We consider a package “lost” if it has not arrived within 45 days from the date it departed our warehouse.

  • Our Commitment: If your tracking has no updates or the package is still in transit after 45 days, we will issue a Full Refund or a Free Resend.

  • Important Note: Sometimes, the carrier (USPS/UPS) marks an order as “Pending” due to an insufficient address or because no one was available to claim the package. In such cases, please contact your local post office. We cannot offer refunds for customer-provided address errors.

2. “Delivered” but Not Received

If the tracking information shows the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with your neighbors or your local building manager.

  • We cannot issue an automatic refund if the carrier confirms delivery.

  • To claim a refund in this case, a Non-Delivery Certification with an official seal from your local post office is required as proof.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Full Refund/Replacement: For badly damaged products.

  • Partial Refund/Replacement: For minor damages (excludes slight wrinkles in fabric, loose threads, or damaged external packaging boxes).

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the shipping label.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

  • Wrong Item/Color/Size: If we sent the wrong product, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. Please provide a photo of the item received.

  • Missing Parts: For missing accessories, we will resend the parts. If a missing part affects the product’s function, we will resend the entire product.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or departed from the warehouse (usually within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Packages returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Packages destroyed by the logistics company because the customer failed to pick them up.

  • Minor cosmetic issues like slightly scratched packaging.
