📑 Return & Refund Policy

Orders Shipped to US Customers

Trendlyra will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and in the original clear garment packaging with SKU label.
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status).

7 days of return submission to qualify for a full refund.

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins on the final package delivery date.

 

Conditions & Fees

We do not accept returns without a valid reason. Returns are only accepted if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or due to our shipping error. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Payment Gateway Fees & Currency Exchange Fees are non-refundable.

This includes fees charged by payment processors such as PayPal and others.

 

Processing Time

For approved refunds due to damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, please allow 5–7 business days from the day we confirm the issue for processing your refund.

Trendlyra will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

Refund instruction

To request a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Go to My Account > Orders > Delivered.
2. Locate the order and open the order details.
3. If your order is eligible, click the “Return” button and select the reason “Incorrect item received” or “Damaged item”.
4. Upload clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product to help our team verify the issue.

Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund (excluding any payment gateway fees) to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Please note that customers are not required to physically return the incorrect or damaged item.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund amount will exclude non-refundable fees (payment gateway charges).

 

Changes to This Policy

Trendlyra may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
