Trendlyra Creator Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Trendlyra Creator Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate/creator (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) in the Trendlyra affiliate program operated by Trendlyra (“Trendlyra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Trendlyra Creator Affiliate Program:
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You must provide valid contact and payout information when requested.
You must be legally eligible to participate in an affiliate/referral program under applicable laws.
Trendlyra reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or account at its discretion.
Each person or creator should maintain only one affiliate account unless Trendlyra provides written permission for additional accounts.
2. How the Affiliate Program Works
Approved Affiliates receive a unique affiliate/referral link or other approved promotional method.
When a new customer visits Trendlyra through an Affiliate’s valid referral link and subsequently places an eligible order, the Affiliate may earn a commission according to the commission structure described in these Terms.
The Affiliate’s commission is based on eligible customer orders attributed to that Affiliate under Trendlyra’s tracking system.
3. First-Time Customer Commission – ₹50
An Affiliate will be eligible to receive a ₹50 commission for an eligible first order from a new customer who is successfully attributed to that Affiliate.
For this purpose, a “New Customer” generally means a customer who:
has not previously completed an eligible order on Trendlyra; and
is successfully attributed to the Affiliate through the Trendlyra affiliate tracking system.
The ₹50 commission is not guaranteed merely because a person clicks an Affiliate link. The customer must place an eligible order and satisfy the applicable commission conditions.
4. Repeat Customer Commission – ₹25
When a customer is successfully acquired through an Affiliate and is recorded by Trendlyra as being associated with that Affiliate, subsequent eligible orders placed by that same customer may qualify the Affiliate for a ₹25 repeat-order commission per eligible order.
For example:
Customer’s first eligible order:
Affiliate earns ₹50.
Customer’s second eligible order:
Affiliate earns ₹25.
Customer’s third eligible order:
Affiliate earns ₹25.
The same principle may continue for future eligible orders, subject to these Terms and Trendlyra’s affiliate tracking rules.
Customer Attribution
Trendlyra may associate a customer with the Affiliate who originally referred or acquired that customer.
Once an eligible customer is successfully associated with an Affiliate, the association may continue for future eligible orders even if the customer later visits Trendlyra directly or through another marketing channel.
Trendlyra’s records and tracking system will be used to determine customer attribution.
5. Eligible Orders
A commission will only be considered eligible when the associated order:
is successfully placed through Trendlyra;
is successfully attributed to the Affiliate;
is not cancelled;
is not fraudulent or suspicious;
is not fully refunded;
is not otherwise disqualified under these Terms; and
satisfies any applicable order verification or completion requirements.
Trendlyra may delay commission approval until the order has been completed and the applicable return/refund period has passed.
6. Cancelled, Refunded and Returned Orders
No final commission will be payable on an order that is cancelled, fraudulent, fully refunded, or otherwise determined to be invalid.
If a commission has already been credited but the related order is subsequently refunded, cancelled, or determined to be invalid, Trendlyra may:
reverse the commission;
deduct the amount from the Affiliate’s available balance;
adjust a future commission; or
take another reasonable action necessary to correct the Affiliate balance.
7. Commission Balance
Approved commissions will be recorded in the Affiliate’s account/dashboard.
The Affiliate’s dashboard may display information such as:
New Customers;
Repeat Customers;
First-Order Commissions;
Repeat-Order Commissions;
Total Commission;
Available Commission;
Pending Commission; and
Withdrawal/Payout History.
Displayed balances are subject to verification and adjustment where required due to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, technical errors, or other invalid transactions.
8. Withdrawal Requests
Affiliates may request withdrawal of their eligible available commission balance through the withdrawal facility provided by Trendlyra.
Trendlyra may establish:
a minimum withdrawal amount;
a withdrawal processing period;
verification requirements;
required bank/payment information; and
other reasonable withdrawal conditions.
Only approved and available commissions may be withdrawn.
Pending commissions cannot be withdrawn until they become eligible for payout.
9. Payment Processing
Affiliate payouts may be processed through the payment method or bank details accepted by Trendlyra.
The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payout information.
Trendlyra is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the Affiliate.
Trendlyra may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
10. Affiliate Promotional Rules
Affiliates must promote Trendlyra honestly and responsibly.
Affiliates must not:
make false or misleading claims about Trendlyra or its products;
guarantee discounts, prices, delivery times, refunds, or product results that Trendlyra has not officially guaranteed;
make misleading claims about commission earnings;
impersonate Trendlyra or Trendlyra employees;
create fake Trendlyra websites, pages, profiles, or accounts;
use misleading advertisements designed to deceive customers;
use spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages;
use malware, spyware, bots, forced redirects, or other harmful techniques;
use fraudulent clicks, fake traffic, or automated traffic;
use any method intended to artificially generate commissions.
11. Self-Referral and Fraud
Affiliates must not use their own affiliate link to generate commissions on their own purchases unless Trendlyra expressly permits it.
Affiliates must not create or use fake customer accounts, fake orders, artificial transactions, or other methods intended to generate commissions improperly.
Trendlyra may investigate suspicious activity and may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions associated with suspected fraudulent activity.
12. Affiliate Link and Brand Usage
Affiliates may use Trendlyra’s approved product information, promotional material, images, logos, and affiliate links only for legitimate promotion of Trendlyra.
Affiliates must not modify Trendlyra branding in a way that creates confusion regarding whether the Affiliate is officially employed by or represents Trendlyra.
The Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between Trendlyra and the Affiliate.
13. Social Media Promotion
Affiliates may promote their affiliate links on permitted social media platforms, including platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other legitimate channels.
Affiliates must comply with the rules and advertising/disclosure requirements applicable to the platform they use.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, Affiliates should clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.
14. Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following activities may result in commission cancellation or account termination:
spam;
fake reviews;
fake orders;
misleading advertisements;
trademark abuse;
impersonation;
forced clicks;
cookie stuffing;
fraudulent redirects;
automated or bot-generated traffic;
deceptive coupon practices;
unauthorized paid search campaigns using Trendlyra trademarks;
unauthorized bidding on Trendlyra brand keywords;
any activity intended to manipulate affiliate tracking or commissions.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
Trendlyra may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account if:
the Affiliate violates these Terms;
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
the Affiliate provides false information;
the Affiliate uses prohibited promotional methods;
the Affiliate attempts to manipulate the affiliate tracking system;
the Affiliate damages or attempts to damage Trendlyra’s reputation; or
Trendlyra reasonably determines that continued participation presents a risk to the business or customers.
Upon termination, Trendlyra may review all pending and unpaid commissions and may withhold commissions associated with fraudulent, invalid, disputed, or prohibited activity.
16. Commission Disputes
If an Affiliate believes that a valid commission has not been correctly recorded, the Affiliate should contact Trendlyra support with the relevant information, such as:
Affiliate account details;
order number, where available;
customer/order information that can be lawfully provided;
date of the transaction; and
any relevant evidence.
Trendlyra will review the available tracking and order records.
Trendlyra’s affiliate tracking and order records will generally be used to determine attribution and commission eligibility.
17. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not guarantee any minimum income, sales volume, customers, or commissions.
Affiliate earnings depend on the Affiliate’s promotional activity, customer interest, purchases, product availability, and other factors.
18. Changes to Commission Structure
Trendlyra reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including:
commission amounts;
eligibility requirements;
withdrawal rules;
promotional rules;
tracking methods;
payout conditions; and
other program terms.
Any significant changes may be communicated through the Affiliate dashboard, website, email, or another appropriate communication method.
Changes will generally apply to future eligible transactions unless otherwise stated.
19. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws and other legal obligations relating to their affiliate income.
Trendlyra may collect information or make deductions where required by applicable law.
Affiliates should seek independent professional advice regarding their individual tax obligations where necessary.
20. Privacy and Customer Information
Affiliates may not request, collect, store, sell, or misuse customer personal information obtained through the Affiliate Program.
Customer information remains subject to Trendlyra’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Affiliates must not contact customers using customer information obtained through Trendlyra unless such contact is legally permitted and authorized.
21. Limitation of Liability
Trendlyra will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate affiliate tracking and commission records.
However, Trendlyra is not responsible for commission loss resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, browser restrictions, tracking limitations, payment failures, internet outages, third-party platform changes, or incorrect information provided by the Affiliate.
22. Acceptance of These Terms
By registering for or participating in the Trendlyra Creator Affiliate Program, you confirm that:
you have read these Terms;
you understand the commission structure;
you agree to the Affiliate Program rules;
you agree to follow applicable laws and platform policies; and
you accept that Trendlyra’s affiliate tracking and order records will be used to determine commission eligibility.
